I understand your concerns and I apologise for the inconvenience. However, all content on Wikipedia projects should always be relevant to Wikipedia and that is not the case with 'your' user page. You're given the ability to create a user page for introducing yourself as a user of Wikipedia. These projects provide a collection of information on encyclopeadic topics and the main goal is to freely share knowledge. Please note that Wikipedia is not a webspace provider. Please contribute first in order to be able to tell something about your work on Wikipedia. At the moment, there is absolutely no reason for you to have a user page. I hope you understand.
